This tool is designed to help you navigate the Trillium Drug Program (TDP) application process for financial coverage of PrEP. You have two options to proceed:

• Not sure if you qualify for the TDP? Start with Triage. If you’re unsure about your eligibility, press the “Start Triage” button. The triage will guide you through a few quick questions to determine if you meet the TDP requirements. If you qualify, you’ll automatically be taken to the Step-by-Step Support section, where you’ll get help completing the TDP application.
• Already know you qualify for the TDP? Skip to Support. If you’re confident that you qualify for the TDP, press the “Skip to Support” button to go directly to the application guide.
